Race Retro kicks of what promoses to be a spectacular year of motorsports with their usual unique display of active Group B and club sport rally cars. This year offers a new track layout, since the original layout is now subject to redevelopment. With over 50 years of motorsports both inside and outside the venue, the changes will not effect the shows success.
In addition to the live action, the usual halls packed with suppliers, traders, sponsors, auctions and autojumbles and a celebrity live stage show provides an opportunity to learn, absorb and grab a momento of the weekend.
This restored Datsun 510 is a tribute to the versions that put Datsun on the Rally world map. It has been sourced via Sweden and is finished with some period rally car touches, although it’s unlikely to see the gravel.
